2. By DHL courier. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
Domestic shipments:
- Envelope and item shipments up to 31.5 kg - Next day delivery working
- Shipments containing items over 31.5 kg - Delivery of a domestic shipment weighing more than 31.5 kg on the first possible working day

Foreign shipments:
- DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE - delivery within 1-2 working days ( Shipments not exceeding 2 kg )
- DHL ECONOMY SELECT - delivery within 2-4 working days

3. In case of purchase according to prices wholesale shipping costs are covered by the buyer .
Shipping form
- Shipments up to 2 kg are sent as registered letters, packed in bubble envelopes or a cardboard box .
- Shipments weighing more than 2 kg are sent as parcels, packed in a box or box.
Shipping prices are from the valid price list Poczta Polska and include parcels in the category:
- format L (maximum sum of the envelope dimensions: 900 mm (maximum length of the longest side: 600 mm, rolls) and maximum weight: 2000 g)
We add 1 - 2 to shipping costs PLN as the cost of packaging and packaging.
Returns
of purchased goods are accepted only if they have not been used, have original packaging, are delivered complete. The money for the returned goods will be sent to the given account or address within 7 working days. The buyer bears the cost of returns. Returns without a receipt will not be considered.
Complaints about mechanical damage caused during transport will be considered only on the basis of a complaint report drawn up in the presence of the deliverer. We cover the costs of shipments resulting from incorrect order processing by our store.
