Delivery

Shipping is available in two options:
  
1. Polish Post (in the country)
  

Package:

  • priority – on the next business day after the day of posting (D+1).

Registered letter:

  • priority – the recipient will receive the letter on the next business day after the day of posting (D+1) provided it is posted by 3:00 p.m.

International shipments:

All parcels sent by Poczta Polska can be tracked on the Poczta Polska website


  
2. By DHL courier. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Domestic shipments:

  • Envelope shipments and items weighing up to 31.5 kg - Delivery on the next business day
  • Parcels containing items weighing over 31.5 kg - Delivery of domestic parcels weighing over 31.5 kg on the first possible business day
  • Shipments ordered to DHL POP points and DHL BOX 24/7 POP machines - The POP parcel will be waiting for you for 2 days .


All shipments sent by DHL can be tracked on the DHL PARCEL website or via the dedicated My DHL application


  
International shipments:

  • DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE - delivery within 1-2 business days ( Shipments not exceeding 2 kg )
  • DHL ECONOMY SELECT - delivery within 2-4 business days
  • DHL PARCEL CONNECT PLUS - delivery within 2-10 business days:
      

Detailed delivery times for selected destinations (DHL Parcel Connect):

    • 2 days: Germany, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Slovakia, Austria.
    • 2-3 days: Belgium, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary.
    • 3-4 days: Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Luxembourg, Sweden, Italy.
    • 4-5 days: Croatia, France, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia.
    • 5-10 days: Bulgaria (5 days), Greece (7 days), Cyprus (10 days).

3. In the case of purchases at wholesale prices, the shipping costs are covered by the buyer .
 

  • Shipments weighing up to 2 kg are sent as parcels, packed in a cardboard box.
  • Shipments weighing over 2 kg are sent as parcels, packed in a cardboard box or box.

Shipping prices are from the current price list of Poczta Polska and include shipments in the following categories:

  • L format (maximum sum of envelope dimensions: 900 mm (maximum length of the longest side: 600 mm, rolled) and maximum weight: 2000 g)

We add 1-2 PLN to the shipping costs as packaging and wrapping costs.
  
Returns: 
 Purchased goods are accepted only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and complete. Money for returned goods will be sent to the account or address provided within 7 business days. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns without a receipt will not be processed. Complaints regarding mechanical damage incurred during transport will only be considered based on a complaint protocol completed in the presence of the delivery person. We will cover shipping costs resulting from incorrect order fulfillment by our store. 
NOTE: Please check the contents of the shipment in the presence of the delivery person! Returns and complaints should be addressed to the address provided in the store's contact information.
  
Polish Post office collection hours: every morning between 11:00 and 12:00 .
